Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking. By paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK law.
1. Booking Contract
A booking contract is formed between you (“the guest”) and us (“the owner”) once your booking has been accepted and a confirmation email has been issued of desposit has been sent.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.
- A refundable security bond of £50 is also required and must be paid alongside the remaining holiday balance no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
- Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit.
3. Security Bond
The £50 security bond will normally be refunded within 14 days of departure, subject to:
- The caravan being left clean, tidy, and undamaged
- No missing or damaged items
- All rubbish being removed
- No breaches of these Terms & Conditions
Please inspect the caravan upon arrival and report any damage or missing items within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in charges being deducted from your bond.
Any malicious, excessive, or unreported damage caused by guests may result in additional charges and legal action where necessary.
4. Cancellations
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances.
- We strongly recommend purchasing holiday cancellation insurance.
- If the holiday park closes due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to offer either alternative dates or a refund where appropriate.
- If you fail to arrive within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time without contacting us, your booking may be treated as cancelled.
5. Occupancy & Guest Restrictions
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests at any time, in line with insurance requirements.
- Only guests listed on the booking may stay in the caravan.
- Bookings from persons under 21 years of age or same-sex groups may not be accepted, in accordance with park policies.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
6. Smoking & Pets
- Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
- Smoking outside is permitted, but all cigarette ends and rubbish must be disposed of responsibly.
- No pets are permitted under any circumstances.
- Any evidence of smoking or pets inside the caravan may result in immediate eviction, loss of bond, and additional cleaning charges of up to £200.
7. Behaviour
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards neighbours, staff, and property.
Any anti-social, abusive, illegal, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of the holiday without refund.
8. Arrival & Departure
- Check-in is from 3:00pm.
- Check-out is by 10:00am.
- Keys must be returned to the key safe upon departure.
Failure to return keys may result in lock replacement charges.
If you expect to arrive late, please contact us in advance.
9. Electric Vehicle Charging
Charging electric vehicles from the caravan power supply is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this condition may result in loss of your security bond and further charges if damage occurs.
10. Linen & Towels
Bed linen is provided for all stays.
Please note: towels are not provided.
11. Haven Passes
Entertainment/FunWorks passes are not included in the booking price and must be purchased separately directly from Haven if required.
12. Liability
We accept no responsibility for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Injury sustained during your stay unless caused by proven negligence on our part
- Events beyond our reasonable control, including park closures, severe weather, utility failures, or other unforeseen circumstances
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own belongings during their stay.
13. Access to the Property
We reserve the right to access the caravan at reasonable times during your stay for:
- Essential maintenance or repairs
- Emergencies
- Inspection where breaches of these Terms & Conditions are suspected
14. Park Rules
All guests must also comply with the rules and regulations of Haven and the holiday park at all times.
15. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to share relevant information with fraud prevention agencies where payment fraud, chargebacks, or unlawful activity is suspected.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flood, fire, pandemics, government restrictions, or utility failures.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18. General
- Bookings may not be transferred without prior written consent.
- If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
- Your booking is made solely for the purpose of a holiday, and we accept no liability for business-related losses.
